We like to look back at the end of the day and be proud of what we've built, and for you, our client, to feel the same.

Seven Hills Construction was formed in 2012 by two close friends Josh & Ben, who have known each other for 15+ years.

We bring a depth of experience in numerous trades on our crews, and we perform much of the work in-house. We fill in the rest with top notch subcontractors we know and trust to bring the same quality of work we would expect from ourselves.

Client experience is paramount, and we love working with clients to make their dreams a reality at a pace they are comfortable with. We will be right there with you throughout the entire process, and we want clients to be as involved as they care to be.

Seven Hills also performs the following services: drafting and home design, consulting services on anything related to real estate (investment, development, project planning), and residential home purchases and sales with a licensed sales agent on staff.

Our Team

Ben Davis

Founder

Ben Davis (a.k.a. “The Spreadsheet Guy”) is a founding member of Seven Hills, and is probably the first person you’ll talk to if you call our office. He’s loved building things from a young age, and nowadays spends most of his time talking to clients and subcontractors, making spreadsheets, and generally making sure the business works like it should. Probably answered 15 phone calls this morning before most people got out of bed.

Josh Tullos

Founder

Josh Tullos (a.k.a. “The Get-Things-Done Guy”), co-founder of Seven Hills, spends most of his days running back and forth between job sites and making sure the metaphorical trains run on time. He’s the man to talk to if you happen upon a job site, and if anything needs to get done better or faster (or at all), he’ll be the one out there making it happen. Talks to Ben on the phone about 100 times per day, and somehow still manages to hang out with him on the weekends.

Jackson Davis

Jackson Davis (a.k.a. “The Design Guy”, a.k.a. “Ben’s Brother”) spends all day running the design side of the business. If you hire us for design work (and you should, obviously), you’ll get to know him pretty well as he sends you really long emails and giant design documents. Seriously, they’re like novels.

Shainah Roberts

Shainah Roberts (a.k.a. “The One With The Best Taste”) helps our clients sort through the vast amount of decisions that go into making a home perfect. With her background in interior design, she spends most of her time helping folks decide which slightly-off-white color of grout goes best with the backsplash tile or whether we should hang the island lights at 35 or 36 inches. Elevate the game, folks!

The Craftsmen

Our team wouldn’t be complete without our team of capable, hard-working, experienced carpenters and craftsmen. We keep a full time carpentry crew in-house to make sure we can always be working hard and on schedule, and we have a great network of subcontractors that we have been working with for years. It takes a lot of work from a lot of people to build a house, and we stand by their work product as well as our own. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the effort of many!

Jobs

We aren’t actively soliciting for any particular positions at the moment (or at least, we haven’t updated our website to say we are), but we are always on the lookout for new team members to help us grow, and for new teams and subcontractors to work with. We look for people who take pride in their work, and share our values on and off the job site.

We would also like to emphasize that Seven Hills is a voluntary equal opportunity employer, and we encourage potential team members, collaborators, and artisans of all genders, colors, shapes and backgrounds to reach out to us.
